Pasta Challenge with Giancarlo Caldesi

Join world renowned Giancarlo Caldesi to learn how to create pasta from scratch!  Learn how to roll and cut your own tagliatelle as well as stuff ravioli and even make tortellini.  To compliment your new skills you will also learn how to recreate sauces at home, including the fiery L'arrabbiata, classic cherry tomato & basil and Tuscan pesto.  The session will end with you enjoying the fruits of your labour with Giancarlo and a glass or two of wine!  This is an exclusive opportunity to welcome Giancarlo to your team-building day!
