Need to give your team a performance boost?

TAG suggests these activities, all of which may be held almost anywhere.  Laser clays and archery are ideally suited to large grounds - surrounding a hotel or your own office - while scavenger/treasure hunts can be staged additionally around village greens or in city centres.

Laser Clay Pigeon Shooting
A safe and enjoyable activity, laser clay pigeon shooting captures the fast and furious excitement of traditional clay pigeon shooting. The event can be tailored precisely to your needs – as a competition, a fun ‘have a go’ activity or as an additional attraction to other large and small events. Laser clay pigeon shooting can be set up indoors or out, played day or night (with luminous clays and electronic static targets) and at almost any venue from clubs and hotels to leisure centres and pubs where there is sufficient space.

A successful team building activity, we provide qualified archers to instruct you in the noble sport of archery. Everyone starts with five practice arrows before the main tournament begins. Ongoing coaching and instruction throughout keeps everyone pointed in the right direction and with a better and better chance of hitting the target.

Treasure/scavenger hunts
Teams of 3-5 have a set time to complete the hunt, finishing at a chosen location for lunch or dinner. By cracking given clues and answering posers along the designated route, they pass monuments, pubs, telephone boxes, famous landmarks and more…

Dragon boat racing
Our dragon boat regattas are an exciting way of integrating and entertaining your staff. With a diverse range of race programmes, teams compete in this ancient and exhilarating sport, racing in our colourful dragon boats for the Dragon Boat Champions title. No previous experience, or athleticism, is necessary as our instructors will get everyone involved. Suitable for men and women of all ages.

Working as a team, delegates are supplied with all the materials they need, possibly having participated in other activities and challenges to earn their equipment first. They then have up to 40 minutes to build their raft before paddling it across a designated course, disembarking, untying the raft and laying out all the equipment as they found it – and then racing to the finish with their flag.

Working together, teams solve a wide range of puzzles and problems requiring a lateral thinking approach. Fun to participant in, the challenges are proven to be an excellent tool to build teamwork, communication skills, trust, and leadership. Our challenges include Minefield, Pyramid Challenge, Skis, Magic Carpets, Human Spiders Web, Blind Square, Helium Stick, Brain Teasers, Squares and Triangles.
