Longridge

Set in a unique riverside location near Marlow, Buckinghamshire, Longridge provides a range of exciting water sports and land based activities.  As well as 12 acres of beautiful water meadows we have our own island, 'Taylor Island' for the ultimate swallows and amazons experience.  Taylor island also gives a sheltered backwater in which novices can experience the river with confidence.

The Longridge training centre is run by a team of enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers and paid staff.  Approved by the BCU (British Canoe Union), RYA (Royal Yacht Association) and British Rowing.  As well as AALA, Bucks County Council, Duke of Edinburgh Award and a recognised Olympic Training Centre.

There is well equipped accommodation for all needs, from camping to bunk house accommodation. With the glorious Thames-side setting, Longridge is the perfect setting for a magical and memorable celebration.   There is a stunning conference/meeting room, that can comfortably sit 120 people with a balcony and full-sized windows giving a view across the river and adjacent meadows. 

The centre has close links with nearby Crowne Plaza and Compleat Angler to provide residential.   If you have an event to host and want to add something really different, why not challenge Longridge to create the perfect experience.
